By accessing and using QuiverMail (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
QuiverMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses for users to receive emails without revealing their personal email addresses. The service includes:
- Generation of temporary email addresses
 - Temporary storage and display of received emails
 - User account creation for extended functionality
 - Blog content and educational resources
 
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use QuiverMail only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of unlawful acts
 - To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
 - To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
 - To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
 - To submit false or misleading information
 - To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
 - To spam or flood the service with excessive requests
 
3.2 Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Service Limitations
4.1 Email Expiration
- Temporary email addresses without user accounts expire after 24 hours
 - User-created email addresses expire after 30 days of inactivity
 - All emails and attachments are permanently deleted when addresses expire
 - We do not provide email recovery services after expiration
 
4.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
4.3 Storage Limits
Email storage is limited per temporary address. Large attachments or excessive email volumes may be subject to automatic deletion.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuiverMail and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. User Content
7.1 Content Responsibility
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service. However, you are solely responsible for the content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
7.2 Content License
By submitting content to our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such content in any media for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for the content of emails received through our service or any third-party websites or services accessed through our platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL QUIVERMAIL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuiverMail and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuiverMail operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
